MDspa (“MDspa,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website mdspalv.com (the “Site”) and provides medical aesthetics services — including injectables, thread lifts, laser facials, laser hair removal, hair restoration, body sculpting/contouring, microneedling, and semaglutide weight management services (the “Services”) — from our location at 5052 S Jones Blvd, Ste 145A, Las Vegas, NV 89118.

• Before/after photos: if you consent to clinical photography for your treatment record, those images are part of your medical record and are only used for marketing with your separate, explicit written consent.

• Payment and billing information: processed through our payment processor and/or financing partners (such as CareCredit). We do not store full payment card numbers.
